Adaptive Help’s demonstration answers questions about Wind Birds. Each question is independent. Please do not include payment details, booking references, medical information or other sensitive personal data.

What happens when you ask

Your question is sent to OpenAI for safety checks, an embedding and an answer. Pinecone receives the embedding to find relevant business information. These providers process data under their applicable terms and retention policies. We do not promise zero provider retention.

What this application retains

Questions and answers stay in this tab’s memory for your short history and disappear when the page reloads. Application diagnostics contain random request IDs, error codes, provider status, model and knowledge versions, and durations. They exclude question text, answers, IP addresses, referrers and precise locations.

To limit abuse, the service uses an HMAC of your network address in minute counters, and daily business totals. Expired counters are deleted on the next admission. No optional visitor analytics or third-party tracking script is loaded, regardless of Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preferences.
